We stopped by with Logan Quinn for an oil change and told us some minor issues the car had. He took the time to set up for a later date so we could get everything done. We speak English and Spanish and although he doesn’t speak Spanish his reassurance, attention to detail and patience is the reason we felt that we made the correct choice. Brake plus is very blessed to have Logan representing them and we will be coming back! We hope to see him move up in his role in the future!

I took a picture of the business card of the person who helped us it's Monse. This is the second time I've had my car fixed here, and they provide excellent customer service; they are fast and very friendly. Thanks Logan you are best

Far and beyond the best auto maintenance experience I’ve ever had. They walked me through everything; physically showed me what was wrong with the car and what they would need to do to fix it. Sat down and went through pricing point for point with me, finding a total that worked for me. Transparent and helpful, GREAT SERVICE! Cannot recommend them enough!

Walked in this morning knowing I needed new brakes desperately but not really knowing anything else. They took my car back almost immediately and within 15 min told me the damage. The price was MUCH better than I was quoted somewhere else in town but I still needed to figure out my money situation. In walked Steve the manager. He asked me where I was comfortable at price wise and said give me 10 min to see what I can do. In the meantime I was able to get financing and he came back 10 min later with a much lower price to change all 4 brakes! I decided to go ahead and take care of my oil change while I was here and he is throwing that in for me at no charge! Do not sleep on this place! They WILL WORK WITH YOU! Very professional and curious with NO PRICE GOUGING! Thank you Steve Burnes for making this much less stressful for me and working with me to keep my family safe!

Steven and Denny were awesome, they showed us what’s wrong with our vehicle in the shop and were super friendly. No pressure but education, that went a long way with me. This is a great team and a great representation of Iowa City. Thanks Steven and Denny!
